The cheapest way to borrow money is with a Mortgage (as I’m sure you know).
Shop around the Spanish Banks (Abby == Santander leaps to mind
)

DON’T MORTGAGE IT.
Get a family member or friend to lend you the money at an agreed rate of interest and a promissory note that they’ll get the house if you don’t come thru. It’s not worth going thru a lender.
