If you have contacts or leads you can join any real estate agency. Some of them will share your commission based on a percentage basis - eg 10 to 30 percent of your commission. For smaller or unknown agency some of them will charge a fee — for instance $300 per year.
To be successful in property agent, it all about you. Do you have pool of ready contacts or leads. If not, you may have to join those more establised agencies and attend their course and pay a hefty fee for the tuition. However success is not guaranteed but they do make a bundle from you for the provision of courses.
